The Virtual Craw by Bait Breath is a vibrations’ miniature factory, a specific device for the Hard Rock saltwater technique.

The world of sea lure fishing, thanks mainly to the imagination and creativity of some pioneers, is opening up to new techniques such as the Hard Rock, something that in fresh water can remind us of fishing bass with craws and creatures. When touching the Virtual Craw by Bait Breath doesn’t stand too far from the stereotypes of the excellent soft plastics that are used in inland waters, in fact, the quality that it offers is even superior to some celebrated models.

When we start analyzing a Virtual Craw by Bait Breath, we realize the care that has been put in the details that will have to make sure that the softie develops its function. Everything moves, everything vibrates, everything works to attract the attention of predators, including the oil that covers the crab and that exude a custom-designed scent for saltwater.

If we count the appendixes of the Virtual Craw by Bait Breath that have some mobility it will take some time, observe in the images, if we start counting from what would be the belly, that is to say, the tip of the arrow, there are three legs that come out for each side, in the belly you can see many " whiskers " that probably, in addition to creating vibrations retain some air that will be release during the fall. There are two very voluminous claws, realistic and with slits that will surely contribute somehow to the movement, two appendices closer to the head and finally the two tails, or antennas if you want, that move even when the lure stands still such sensitive they are.

As we have seen the Hard Rock rigs are quite peculiar we can offer some options for you to play around, remembering that this technique is mostly focused on bottom dwellers, groupers, for example, wrasse, pollock, and inclusively breams, in fact in Japan and Australia is quite a renowned technique for these predators and it is already working with bream and sea bream in the Mediterranean. A simple rig is with a jig head like the JigPara Bunta by Major Craft, quite simple, as well as a combination with the OMTD OJ1500 or a SV34 by Decoy. If we like to try new things perhaps one of the most interesting pairs for the Virtual Craw by Bait Breath is the Vassallo, a rig that gives the lure a lot of movement and adds the sparks of the blade. Speaking of blades, there are a couple of alternatives, for example, the very effective Flashy Swimmer by Owner and the Texas Blade by Decoy. Then, for those who come from black bass fishing there is an infinity of mishmashes, perhaps too many to mention in this place.

In short, the Hard Rock technique has not arrived for an ephemeral appearance but is here to stay for a long time. It is entertaining, effective and very technical, surely a further attraction for fishermen who are looking for new things, her… those who want to complicate their lives. The Virtual Craw by Bait Breath seems totally recommendable for beginners saltwater fishermen as well for those who already have some experience.
