The Punch Line by Apia is one of the main products for sea bass fishing of the Japanese brand.
More often than not, we are looking for innovative lures, that novelty that can escape from what is recorded in each sea bass pen drive, in its personal dictionary of survival, and that can achieve something where many fail. The Punch Line by Apia may fall into that privileged league, "flat head" they call it and without any bib, but still swims like a beauty.
As always, we invite you to watch the video because despite our superhuman efforts, it is likely that we fail in trying to explain how each lure swims and here are two interesting things, the rolling fall and the slalom that the Punch Line by Apia makes during the retrieve. Watch out, here the wiggle of hips is not what we can expect but an Asian version of it, more controlled, more subtle, more effective where fish have seen their share of noisy and vibrant lures. Watch out with the tiniest models, they can be very effective tools when fishing ultra light lure game.
This Punch Line by Apia flies like a rocket, there is no bib or aerodynamic appendages to stop the shot, and it would be interesting to take it on our fishing outings because there are times when a rifle with silencer prevents stampedes, and lets the scared critters approach and take a nibble, since, apparently, they do not represent any kind of known danger.
Whatch out with the Punchline 70 Curvy, it has a bigger butt with more air and is easier to work closer to the surface. The Curvy also casts like a rocket.
It is not a sea bass lure for every day and every occasion, nor is it a lure for every fisherman, but rather a strategic weapon that must be tossed when the situation demands it. The Punch Line 95 by Apia works in the finesse league, you must follow its play.
