Sales conditions

Once we receive the order we process a detailed invoice with the available items and shipping costs. If there's something missing we will mention it in a return e-mail.  We usually ship with the regular mail service or international couriers.

Shipments always travel with insurance

When you receive the goods please check the box and the goods. If there's anything suspect, broken or even only aparently damaged you should notice it in writing to the courier the very moment you accet the goods. Rods can arrive broken even if the tube is not aparently damaged, please always check in front of the person who delivered it before accepting the parcel.

If you do accept the goods without checking and discover afterwards that there's something broken we have NO CHANCE to claim the damage to the insurance company and you will loose your money.

VAT is included in the prices.

Payments

Payments can be done with Credit Card through a secure platform, through Paypalor bank wire.

Returned items

The items available at the shop are endorsed by major manufacturers. Offering the highest quality is our commitment to our costumers. If you're  not happy with your purchase you have 7 days, since date of goods receipt, to apply the right to return. For returned items, shipping costs will be beared by the costumer.

To be returned, the goods must be in mint conditions and in it's original box. Once received the goods in our wharehouse and after having checked them we will proceed in refunding the costumer according to the payment method used.

In any case, returns of defective good or wrong shipment will be accepted and Caranx-caranx, S.L. will take care of the shipping costs, only if the costumer informed about the retunt within the (7) seven days period.
