Cyprinids on lures

In Spain we enjoy a certain variety of cyprinids that we can fish with lures.

If we only count the different species of barbels that inhabit the rivers of the peninsula we have at least four different species, to this we can add the chub, although it is only present in a few rivers, the asp, introduced in a restricted number of waters and the carp.

It is the latter that has recently attracted a lot of interest due to the possibilities it offers in certain lakes where it is not only abundant, but also reaches considerable sizes and is aggressive.

We have a wide selection of material for all these species, from walking the dog, stickbaits and minnows to vibration lures and soft baits of all sizes and for every different use. There is no lack of rods and reels, braided lines and leader lines and of course a wide variety of accessories for cyprinid spinning fishing.
